It offers a wide range of options, including Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care, as well including well-known amenities, dining and signature programs. Residences range from studio apartments to two-bedroom, two-bath, 1,200-square-foot apartment homes.
All residences within the 135,000 square-foot community have been planned to maximize health, independence, security and peace of mind, while also compassionately supporting those who need more assistance. Gardens at Ocotillo hosts on-site personal care services with licensed professionals who offer occupational and speech therapies, monthly health screenings and physical rehabilitation.
American Building Systems worked on the heating, ventilation, cooling, and refrigeration systems that control the temperature and air quality in the new buildings of Gardens at Ocotillo. Our professional HVAC technicians travelled from Nevada to Arizona to do the work that lets everyone else go about their day without sweating or freezing. With the installation of a new system, our HVAC technicians proficiently read blueprints connected to the installation, and participated in the preparation of the space for the installation of the required equipment. This included the ductwork construction and installation as well as the main components for the system. Our technicians were responsible for making sure the installation was conducted in compliance with local regulations, and that the units provided efficient heating and air conditioning for the space.
